Hi, I'm Reynell, the owner of La Rey's Boutique. I was born and raised in California. I worked all through out high school and then two jobs after I graduated. It was really tough working all the time but I made the decision to quit both jobs and go back to college. When I was 18, with the help of YouTube, I was able to teach myself how to explore my growing passion for beauty. I love to draw so I guess makeup came easy to me since I’m an artist. Practice makes perfect so the more makeup looks I taught myself the more in love i became with it. My passion for beauty only grew.

I’m just a girl. I thought to myself 'I want to have a beauty store with my own products and clothes and accessories.' Sure anyone can say that but the reality of being an entrepreneur is just making it happen. There is a lot of work to do so I’m glad I enjoy beauty but mostly I have a lot of positivite pretty delulu energy with a mindset to make money but also in a space where I make other pretties feel positive too.

During the mandatory stay at home order during the summer of 2020, i decided that i would do my research of how i can make my dream come true while continue to obtain my business degree today. Being a proud bi-racial woman, Black and Mexican, I was given the name Reynell, a combination of both my parents names. Randall and Reina. I go by Rey for short. I am bilingual and Rey in spanish is king but this "king" is a queen. This is why i named my store "La Rey's Boutique."
